 TLSFMem still not working, but some good progress were made...






 PowerPC.library 16.6 (68060 only)

  - put back all the routines and sub routines at their original places


 PowerPC.library 16.5 (68060 only)

  - big cleanup : removed all unused stuff
  - all functions and subroutines cnop 0,4 aligned
  - few subroutines called one time inlined
  - misc optimizing here and there, nothing serious


 PowerPC.library 16.4 (68060 only)

  - PowerPC_RunPPC optimized
  - _OpenTimer optimized
  - some subroutines inlined


 PowerPC.library 16.3 (68060 only)

  - workaround for the CyberStormPPC using R_ReadGayle detection
  - PowerPC_AllocVec32 optimized
